These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and bd70 ("Platform", "we", "us"). Nothing in this clause shall limit bd70's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. In all other cases, bd70's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within the 30-day period, either party may escalate the matter through formal channels. bd70 will cooperate fully with any formal dispute resolution process. Players are reminded that engaging in chargebacks or third-party payment disputes before exhausting bd70's internal dispute resolution process constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
